Investigation of Different Training Methods Integrated into Soccer Training on Body Composition and Athletic Performance

Background and Study Aim. The aim of the study is to investigate effects 8-week core plyometric training on body composition athletic performance in young male soccer players.
 Material Methods. 24 players participated voluntarily. subjects were randomly divided into three separate groups: Core group (CTG), (PTG) control (CG). In addition two days a week for 8 weeks, was applied according programs determined. Physical measurements made weeks before after study. Subject's analyzed SPSS 22 program.
 Results. largest percentage significant difference agility, speed, vertical jump parameters obtained PTG, while horizontal CTG. While no found speed agility CTG; there are differences but these lower than other experimental groups terms difference. On hand composition, change observed only height parameter PTG.
 Conclusions. If faster improvement desired determined period eight soccer, it may be recommended prefer trainings branch training.
